Terms of use

1. The project

GTA Radar is an independent community project about discoveries, tips and glitches. It is not official, affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony or Microsoft. Some areas require an account; access permissions may change.

2. Account and security

Provide accurate information and keep your credentials private. Do not share accounts, impersonate others, bypass restrictions, access other users’ data or disrupt the service. Observe applicable age restrictions for games and third-party services.

3. Contributions and comments

Only share content you have the right to publish. Illegal content, harassment, discrimination, personal data disclosure, spam, malicious links, stolen credentials, security bypasses and unauthorized leaks are prohibited. State the platform, version and limitations of methods without promising results.

4. Your creations

You retain your rights. Submitting content grants GTA Radar a free, non-exclusive permission to store it, make technical adaptations and display it as needed for the service and its visibility settings. No ownership is transferred. Removal may leave records justified by security or legal obligations.

5. Trademarks and media

GTA, Grand Theft Auto, GTA VI, Vice City and associated material belong to their rights holders, including Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. Third-party visuals, including fan adaptations, remain the property of their authors or rights holders. Their display grants no reuse rights and no official licence is claimed. Attribution does not replace permission or an applicable legal exception.

6. Tips, moderation and responsibility

Content may be inaccurate, patched or incompatible. Glitches may cause lost progress or sanctions under the game publisher’s rules; check those rules first. Administrators may review, reject or remove content and restrict accounts for abuse, taking its severity into account. No clause excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Links, availability and data

External sites are controlled by their publishers. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. The service processes account details, contributions, session mechanisms, local preferences and page-view statistics. Full processing, retention and rights information must be provided in the publisher’s privacy policy.

8. Complaints and changes

For a dispute or removal request, identify the URL, reasons, rights involved and supporting evidence; do not post private documents in public comments. The recipient’s contact details must appear in the publisher’s legal notices. Rule changes are dated and do not remove mandatory user rights. French law applies subject to mandatory provisions and competent courts.

9. Rewards: participation and eligibility

Participation is free, with no purchase or payment required. A member must genuinely reach King of the city under the Evolution page goals. An administrator-selected or simulated rank does not qualify. Signing up, submitting an entry or displaying a rank does not automatically create a right to payment. This reward allows one claim and one draw per eligible account.

10. How the random draw works

While rewards are open, an eligible member chooses PlayStation, Xbox or Steam and clicks Claim. The server randomly assigns €5, €10, €15, €20, €25, €30 or €50. The draw is weighted: amounts do not all have the same probability. The result is saved with the request; reloading, changing browsers or repeating a request does not redraw it. The animation and card fan are illustrative and do not determine the result. “Up to €50” is a possible maximum, never a guaranteed amount for every member.

11. Review and gift delivery

The displayed amount is a recorded request, not an already delivered code. Administrators review genuine contributions and possible fraud or abuse before approval. Rejection must relate to these rules and can be disputed with the publisher. Once approved, the recorded value is delivered on the chosen platform through one or more codes, depending on available denominations. The member must use an account compatible with the code’s region and currency. GTA Radar offers no cash conversion, subject to mandatory rights. Delivery is manual; no fixed delivery time is currently announced. Progress and review messages remain available in Rewards.

12. Coming-soon mode, interruptions and existing claims

Coming soon means content can be viewed but new reward claims are closed. The publisher may pause new participation for maintenance, security or preparation. Pausing does not delete saved outcomes or approved commitments. Rule changes apply to future participation and do not retroactively remove an approved gift. Administrator test draws are simulations with no real reward.

13. Presentation, trademarks and responsibility

Card images, animations and displayed amounts are neither usable codes nor guarantees of the maximum prize. Media and trademarks belong to their owners; Sony, Microsoft and Valve are not represented as organisers or partners. Issuer terms govern code use. GTA Radar remains responsible for its own commitments and faults under applicable law: these terms do not authorise misleading promises, remove mandatory member rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Display, review or delivery errors may be reported to the publisher and do not erase a validly acquired commitment.
